The U.S MOTORS® Neptune® Hybrid Pool Motor features two motors in one unit, performing two different functions: water circulation and vacuuming. This lower cost, money-saving motor with integrated control offers significant energy savings for homeowners and meets the proposed efficiency regulations from the U.S. Department of Energy, which are expected to be released in 2025.

Our Neptune Hybrid Pool Motor's patented technology has a high-efficiency brushless permanent magnet (BPM) motor integrated with a control and a standard PSC induction motor. The BPM is capable of variable speed levels from 600 to 2,760 RPMs, ideal for circulating water in residential pools. The PSC motor activates at 3,450 RPMs which gives an extra boost of power that is needed when vacuuming residential pools.

With quiet operation and a simple, intuitive user interface that has a default to Department of Energy regulations programming, installation is a breeze. The "drop-in" design requires no complex wiring. Our Neptune Hybrid Pool Motor also complies with the California Energy Commission (CEC) Appliance Regulations (Title 20).
