CMP Pool Defender® 25160-510-000 2" Spigot x 2.5" Spigot White Regular Mouth Vinyl Water Bonded Skimmer with Square Lid. Since 2008 the National Electrical Code (NEC) has mandated that pool water must electrically bonded, not just metals in the structure of the pool itself. Many pools are bonded at the pool light, but this isn't always an option. The easy alternative is to bond the pool at the skimmer.
