ICT Prime It is a latex emulsion which imparts bond strength between compatible products. ICT Prime It forms a flexible film on the substrate which re-wets when the wet cement or plaster overlay is applied. When used as an admixture, Portland cement type mixes become more impact resistant and have greater adhesion especially when a thin edge is required.
