The 40 Volt Max Brushless Cordless 16" Chain Saw Kit (GCU05T) offers enhanced power and performance for demanding cutting tasks. The powerful brushless motor delivers performance equivalent to a 42cc gas chain saw, making it more powerful than the previous models' 30cc equivalent motors. With a high chain speed of up to 5,020 FPM, the GCU05T is 27% faster than gas-powered saws, offering improved cutting efficiency. The 40V max XGT 5.0Ah battery provides up to 40 cuts in 12-inch diameter cedar, while the convenience features, such as lateral chain tensioning, captured bar nuts, and adjustable automatic chain lubrication, enhance ease of use. For safety, the built-in LED on/off switch with an auto power-off function helps extend battery life.
