Weld-On® PC-64™ Primer Conditioner is specifically designed to prepare PVC and CPVC plastic pipe and fitting surfaces for bonding with solvent cements. It removes grease, oil and dirt from the bonding surfaces of PVC and CPVC pipe and fittings. It penetrates and softens the pipe and fittings surfaces in preparation for solvent cement application.
