Weld-On® Pool Primer™ is a clear or purple, ultra low VOC, fast acting primer that rapidly softens and dissolves the joining surfaces of PVC pipe and fittings prior to the application of solvent cement. It delivers high strength performance. Weld-On® Pool Primer™ meets ASTM F656 and the Uniform Plumbing Code.
